We are seeking positive individuals with great enthusiasm for the travel industry! Travel Specialists providing destination services, are the primary point of contact for the client and is responsible for promoting, booking and maintaining travel arrangements for individuals, groups and/or businesses. We work with various major vendors and have the ability to tailor a vacation to each client.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age, and authorized to work in the United States
Must be fluent in English
Must have a computer and/or smartphone with reliable internet access

Responsibilities:

Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities)
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
Work well in a group/team setting
Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
Collect and enter data into our software and maintain client files
Complete required certification within a timely manner
Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
